TERM OF OFFICE:
In accordance with Government Code Section 36512(a)(2)(A) the appointed city council member will serve until the next general municipal election on March 3, 2026. The appointee will continue in office until a person elected to fill the vacancy has been qualified and assumes the position. The person elected will then serve for the remainder of the unexpired term.
