REGISTRY
Every Property owner in the City will receive a letter with a PIN # and Parcel Account #, utilize this information to access the on-line registry. All owners must register their rental unit(s) or claim their rental unit(s) exemp from the ordinance. If you don’t rent any unit(s), you still need to register and claim the exemption.
To access the registry go to https://rsp.hpca.gov/ You will find directions and instructions once you access the registry.

Cada propietario de la ciudad recibirá una carta con un PIN # y una cuenta de su lote #, utilice esta información para acceder al registro en línea. Todos los propietarios deben registrar su(s) unidad(es) de alquiler o declarar su(s) unidad(es) de alquiler como exentas de la ordenanza. Si no alquila ninguna unidad, aún debe registrarse y declarar que esta exento del registro.
Para acceder al registro, vaya a https://rsp.hpca.gov/ Ahí encontrará direcciones e instrucciones una vez que acceda al registro.
