    The Best Neighborhood category should consist of a group of at least four homes next to each other. No more than two non-decorated homes may separate the decorated homes.

    All nominated homes and apartments will be visited by Mayor Karina Macias, and the judging committee beginning at 6:00 pm on Thursday, December 19, 2019. Please make sure your decorative lights are on display during those hours.

22. Winning Homes
    Winners will be notified by telephone or in person. Winners will receive a certificate of recognition, a Home Depot gift card and a Mayor's decorative sign to display in front of their home. The Gift Cards and Certificates will be presented at the first City Council Meeting of January 2020, at 6:00 pm at City Hall.
