The City and United Pacific Waste (UPW) are working together to address and resolve all resident and business concerns related to the recent change in waste hauler over this holiday period.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced; unfortunately, some operational issues typically occur during a transition in service of this size (10,000 accounts).
We have prioritized the most urgent issues and are working directly with UPW to ensure all concerns are identified and addressed as quickly as possible.
